It's currently hardcore crunch time for me in terms of photos--considering it's 3:37 AM on Labor Day, the first day of school is tomorrow! So depressing!

Now that I've got that out of my system, I'm very excited to share with you a peek inside Dawn & Jeff's wedding. This was another one of those serendipitous situations where Dawn & I played field hockey together in high school, and somehow--years & years later--ended up teaching in the same school. I was so excited when she asked me to photograph her wedding, and she definitely didn't disappoint. Her & Jeff have such a beautiful, loving relationship, and let's face it--they definitely know how to throw a killer party.

Sooo, I'm beyond excited to post these photos for a multitude of reasons, but mainly because Nikki is one of my oldest & dearest friends, and the fact that she's getting married is INSANE! Her & John met back in college at TCNJ, and he immediately jumped feet first into our crazy group of friends.

Obviously, the only natural place to take their engagement photos was on TCNJ's campus. We had an absolute blast taking them, and it was such a joy to split a pizza and Starbuck's with them afterwards (just like old times :))

Hello!

I photographed the loveliest wedding this past weekend down in Baltimore. Eric & Kelly are both graduates from Loyola University (which is my alma mater, as well :)), and I was second shooter for another Loyola alum that I graduated with (hi, Ty!). Needless to say, it was an absolute joy to document Eric & Kelly's special day, especially since the ceremony was in Loyola's chapel, and simply because the two of them are the sweetest, most genuine people I've met in a really long time.

It was completely obvious how much in love the two of them are--they made my job very easy.

The amount of amazing photos I was able to capture are numerous, so consider this Part One of Eric & Kelly's wedding!

A few weeks ago, right before Easter, I was hired to photograph a retirement party.

It was really lovely hearing all the amazing things Dotti's co-workers & friends had to say about her, and I was very touched to be able to spend the evening documenting this lovely woman's transition from working to retiring.
