The Sappingtons

The Sappington family has become one of my all-time favorite families. Stemming from Eric & Kelly's wedding back in the spring, I've proceeded to also photograph Brent & Naomi's baby girl Charlotte, which then culminated in me just gathering the entire clan and doing an epic family photo shoot down in Maryland.

Please don't let this mild-mannered photo before the cut fool you--Dee, the matriarch of this amazing family, handed me a very lengthy list of photos they wanted to take throughout my time with them. Upon initially reading it, I saw a lot of the expected requests--family photos, grandchildren, etc. But as the list continued, the requests got crazier, and I knew that I was in for an awesome day.

I should also note that the Sappingtons are die-hard Ravens fans. Dee actually brought two different jerseys because she couldn't choose between her two favorite guys. The following photos should probably be shown to the Ravens PR team, because they could definitely get some mileage out of a family that bleeds purple ;)

I have so many more photos, but I want the rest to be a surprise. 

I have to say though, Sappingtons, your spirit and overall amazingness is infectious! Anytime you need a photographer, PLEASE PICK ME!
