Katie and Ryan's wedding day at Eastlyn Golf Course was absolute perfection. They flew all the way in from Wyoming to get married in their hometown, and it was definitely worth the trip. There wasn't a cloud in the sky, and the weather was divine. The most important part of the day, though, was how much these two love each other. When Ryan saw his soon-to-be wife at their first look, his reaction was amazing--he was so excited and couldn't keep his eyes off of her, and it was just perfect! Amanda and I loved shooting their big day for them, and it was so hard to pick a few highlights to share (there were too many good ones to narrow down!). Eastlyn (as always) put on a spectacular shindig, and Kenny I's band had the dance floor packed all night!

Cindy & Rico know the importance of family. From their own daughter, all the way to Cindy's own mother, the familial vibe that they give off is palpable. They had to move their wedding day up, and it went from a big, fancy affair, to a perfect, intimate backyard wedding. I truly think it encompassed them perfectly. The weather was wonderful and everyone rallied together to make their day memorable and beautiful.

I don't usually shoot solo, but I'm kind of glad I did for this wedding...it really opened my eyes to just how special Rico & Cindy's wedding day was, and it was an honor to shoot it for them.

I love these two. I had them on my calendar a year well in advance of their big day, and it lived up to every expectation I had. Even with the gloomy weather in the morning, it created a wonderful autumn moodiness later in the day for their ceremony and for pictures afterwards. Not to mention that their personalities outshone any glumness.

Long time, no blog--am I right?! It's been a while since Colin & Ashley's gorgeous Abbie Holmes Estate wedding, but I've finally had some downtime to actually blog about it! It was so wonderful to shoot this wedding--I'd been eagerly anticipating it since they're Cape May engagement session almost a full year beforehand! Getting to know them throughout the year before their big day was definitely something I treasure. They're both such wonderful people with a wicked sense of humor & such a relaxed approach to things.

OK. Confession time. I am totally not a beach person. It doesn't appeal to me--I get sunburnt really easily, there's sand everywhere, and don't even get me started on sharks. BUT, Mal & Tyler's wedding day may have improved my outlook significantly on peaceful little beach towns & sandy toes. They were married in Strathmere on the beach at the beginning of October, and this photo pretty much sums up the day perfectly. As I was culling through their images, I couldn't stop myself from grinning on more than one occasion. I knew when I met them in Philly--back when it was freezing and miserable out--that they were something special. They are perfectly in-synch with each other, and they're such a joy to be around. And don't even get me started on the day itself...I rode a bike across Strathmere, stuffed my face full of delicious cupcakes, and danced my butt off (and yesssss, they did all of those things, too!).

Robert & Theresa's wedding was such a wonderful day. To see a couple get a second chance at love really heightened the sense of thankfulness that they had for each other--you could see their happiness and excitement through the entire day. Just the way they looked at each other spoke volumes about the affection they have for the other. Theresa was absolutely glowing, and Robert was clearly proud to finally have Theresa as his wife. From the heartfelt ceremony, to the wonderful speeches given by their daughters, all the way to the last dance of the night, it was clear that Theresa & Robert have finally found their "person".

Christina & Tim's wedding at the Abby Holmes Estate was such a blast! It was on a beautiful (albeit warm) July day, and everyone was abuzz with excitement. I've known Christina for what feels like forever, but meeting the infamous Tim was the icing on the cake. They're such a wonderful compliment to each other, and they can make each other laugh like no one I've ever seen. It was truly an honor to photograph their big day!
